Introduction:
This product is white crystalline powder. Its melting point is 182~185°C, boiling point 275°C and flash point 185°C; bulk density is 380kg/m³, specific gravity 1.385, refractive index ranges from 1.571 to 1.576, vapor pressure is 0.001Pa at 25°C. It is sparingly soluble in water (1 part dissolves in 2500 parts water), freely soluble in ethanol and organic solvents. It has FEMA No.3945 for food flavor usage.
Storage Requirement: Keep stored below 30°C, sealed away from moisture.
