For DIY battery packs, ensure cells are balanced (same voltage) before assembly. Professional testing includes voltage, resistance, and appearance verification before every shipment. Customers may test cells within 15 days of receipt.
5-year warranty period from successful delivery date. Capacity replacement available if battery capacity falls below 80% of initial capacity with supporting test evidence.
Report shipping damage immediately with photographic or video evidence. Return eligibility requires unused condition with intact electrodes, no welding, and good appearance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
These products are prototype batteries without protection boards - purchase compatible BMS separately. Assembly errors, protection board connection mistakes, or unbalanced assembly are not covered under warranty.
