Product Profile

CNP 60 system is a wrap-around heat shrink sleeve which replicates the structure and the performance of factory applied three-layer PE coatings. It is installed on a welded joint by wrapping it around the welded joint of the gas & oil & water pipeline over the applied layer of epoxy primer CNP-EP in the field. The sleeve (piece of tape) is fixed on the lash with a closure patch.

Construction

First layer: Liquid epoxy, solvent-free two-component.

Second layer: High shear strength hot melt adhesive.

Third layer: Radiation cross-linked, high density polyethylene.
