CNP HDD system is Horizontal Directional Drilling wrap-around heat shrink sleeve reinforced with fiberglass.HDD is desighed to protect girth welds anti-corrosion and is the ideal joint protection for PE coated pipes used in directional drilling applications.The reinforcement offers abrasion and wear resistance at pull-through.

Construction

First layer: Liquid epoxy, solvent-free two-component.

Second layer: High shear strength hot melt adhesive.

Third layer: Fiberglass reinforced radiation cross-linked polyethylene.
