CNP 3LPP system is a wrap-around heat shrink sleeve which replicates the structure and the performance of factory applied three-layer PP coatings. It is polypropylene based heat shrink sleeve ,operating temperature up to 110°C-140°C.

Construction

First layer: Liquid epoxy, solvent-free two-component.

Second layer: High shear strength polypropylene adhesive layer.

Third layer: Radiation cross-linked, high density polypropylene.

● CNP 3LPP allows 3 layer PP coatings have a virtually monolithic coating.

●Cross-linked PP backing made sleeve suited for higher stress conditions caused both by elevated temperatures and by soils with contraction between wet-dry cycles.
