Permanent Water Based Release Agent for Seals

Application Field

A permanent water-based release system and protection coating designed for molding and coating operations. Suitable for:

Application Instructions
  1. The mold should be thoroughly cleaned
  2. Mold cleaning and release agent application should be performed in a well ventilated area
  3. Apply a thin coat at process temperature (recommend at least two initial coats)
  4. After short drying time, ready for production
  5. Reapply light coat when necessary
Safety Precautions

For industrial use only. Avoid prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions. In case of accidental eye contact, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water.
