Snowfall Truck Body for CKD Refrigerated Truck White or Other Colour Selection Ready
Our refrigerated truck bodies feature advanced FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) construction with innovative sandwich panel technology. The outer skin of the roof, walls, and doors utilizes new-type FRP materials, while the core insulation layer consists of fluorine-free polyurethane foam or extruded polystyrene foam.
The sandwich panels are securely fixed to the steel frame using high-strength adhesive and screws, creating a tight, solid structure with exceptional mechanical strength. The thermal insulation layer ranges from 75-150mm thick, providing outstanding thermal performance.
The van body features a fully enclosed structure where all panels are bonded with high-strength structural adhesive, ensuring reliable connection, superior sealing, and optimal insulation properties. This design also facilitates easy and rapid assembly.
Door panels are manufactured using high-precision processes with imported sealing rubber to maintain excellent airtight and thermal insulation properties. Both interior and exterior surfaces are finished with special aluminum alloy profiles, stainless steel edges, aluminum angles, FRP corners, and galvanized hinges.
Additional safety features include protection guardrails on both sides and ends of the van, along with various installed lighting systems. The overall design combines beauty, harmony, strength, reliability, and durability.
