The Eutectic Cold Bar System is widely used throughout Europe for frozen food transportation, offering significant advantages including prolonged vehicle lifespan by utilizing electric power instead of truck engine operation.
The system consists of a compressor, condenser, control box, and eutectic (freezing) bars. This innovative refrigeration technology maintains cold temperatures for extended periods by creating latent heat during the slow dissolution process after freezing the fluid accumulated on the freezing plates at specific temperatures.
Operating principle involves accumulating cold on freezing plates by operating the refrigerator at night, enabling cold preservation of products throughout the daytime using the accumulated cold energy.
