Eutectic Cold Plate System
Eutectic cold plate system is widely used in Europe for frozen food transportation, offering significant advantages including extended vehicle lifespan and reduced engine dependency by utilizing electric power instead of truck engines.
This innovative freezing method accumulates cold energy on freezing plates by operating refrigerators at night, enabling continuous cold preservation of products throughout the day using the stored thermal energy.
