Eutectic Plate System Truck Body
Eutectic cold plate system is widely used in Europe with advantages for frozen food transportation, prolonging vehicle life by using electric power instead of truck engine. The system consists of compressor, condenser, control box, and eutectic (freezing) plates.
This innovative refrigeration system maintains cold temperatures for extended periods by creating latent heat when slowly dissolving the fluid after freezing (solidification) the fluid accumulated on the freezing plates at specific temperatures.
The freezing method involves accumulating cold on freezing plates by operating the refrigerator at night, allowing products to remain cold throughout the day using the accumulated cold energy.
