Heavy Duty Steel Floor Dry Truck Box
Industrial-Grade Floor System
This dry cargo body is built around a 5mm heavy-gauge steel checkered plate floor with reinforced cross-member support. Designed for operations involving forklift traffic, pallet jack maneuvering, and heavy point loads up to 8 tons per square meter. The floor structure features 12 longitudinal reinforcement ribs welded at 300mm intervals.
Load Capacity: Floor rated for 8T/m² uniform load. Verified through destructive testing at 12.5T/m² with 1.5* safety factor. Suitable for steel coils, machinery, and dense construction materials.

- Surface pattern: 3mm raised diamond checkered anti-slip profile
