Flexible Busbar & Copper Foil Solutions
Our flexible busbars are manufactured by brazing high-purity copper foil components with 99.9% copper content, ensuring excellent conductivity with minimal impurities. The laminated copper construction provides increased current carrying surface area for superior performance.
Copper Foil Specifications
Available in thicknesses from 0.05mm to 0.3mm. Contact surfaces can be tinned or silver-plated according to customer requirements. Current capacity is calculated based on 1 square knitting belt with effective load current of 4A. Multi-layer configurations available for larger area requirements.
