Working Process
- Belt conveyor feeds material into shredding compactor (inter-lock design)
- Material gets pre-heated, pre-homogenized and pre-plastified during shredding
- Friction force between rotary and fixed cutters shrinks material
- Shrinked material melts in main extruder through heating/cooling
- Water ring cutting system forms final plastic pellets
