Machine Components
Iron Board Chain Conveyor
Transfers entire bales to next processing stage with weight capacity of 500kg per bale. Optional PVC belt conveyor available based on customer budget requirements.
De-baling Unit
Opens bales and performs rough shredding of film or bags into large scraps to reduce washing burden. Features wear-resistant design for extended service life and protects crusher cutters from sand damage.
Crushing Unit
Wet crusher further processes waste scraps into smaller pieces. Dual-function design provides simultaneous washing and temperature control through water cooling. Equipped with operating plate and sharp, durable cutters for efficient performance.
Friction Washing Part
Utilizes friction force between materials during rotation at 960rpm. Internal mesh system filters impurities and waste materials for thorough cleaning.
Washing Unit
Separates materials using gravity principles with water-saving stainless steel chain and air opening valve technology.
Squeezing Unit
Features large internal screw that pushes and compresses materials. Water is expelled through filters while friction-generated heat creates semi-melting conditions. Outputs rigid scraps with moisture content controlled between 3% to 5%.
