Pre-Washing: Converts paper into pulp and removes surface contaminants, reducing water and chemical consumption in downstream processes
Floating Washing: Utilizes hot water, detergents, and caustic solutions to remove glues, oils, and other contaminants
Friction Washing: Rotor friction heats caustic solution to efficiently detach remaining labels and contaminants
Drying: Centrifugal drying system reduces moisture content to below 5% for high-quality recycled flakes
