SJ Series Single Screw Extruder for Plastic Recycling
The SJ series single screw extrusion and pelletizing system is a specialized, reliable solution for recycling and re-pelletizing rigid plastic scrap. This integrated system combines plasticization and pelletizing functions in one step, making it ideal for processing crushed regrinds or flakes of PE, PP, ABS, PS, HIPS, PC, and other materials.

System Operation Process
The operation involves feeding plastic material into a hopper, where it's transported along a rotating screw within a heated barrel. The screw applies pressure and heat to melt the plastic and force it through a die, shaping it into the desired product form.
For recycling squeezed films or rigid flakes, materials are first prepared by cleaning and shredding into small, uniform pieces before feeding into the extruder hopper.
