Separates PET bottle flakes, labels, and bottle caps using specific gravity differences. Labels and caps float while bottle flakes sink for efficient material separation.
Utilizes 80°C hot water for removing sticky and smelly waste. Includes soda chemical addition for intensive washing with steam. Features material feeding according to waste gravity with optional water filtering system.
Intentionally designed to remove PVC label scraps and dust from PET flakes. Achieves 99.9% separation efficiency for superior material purity.
