Transfers bales to next processing stage with 500kg weight capacity per bale. Alternative PVC belt conveyor available based on customer requirements.
De-baling Unit
Opens bales and performs rough shredding to reduce washing burden. Features wear-resistant design for extended service life and protects crusher cutters from sand damage.
Crushing Unit
Wet crusher further processes long waste scrap into small pieces. Dual-function design provides washing during crushing while water cooling protects cutters from high temperatures.
Friction Washing System
High-speed rotating system (960rpm) creates friction between materials for thorough cleaning. Inner mesh screen filters impurities and waste during the process.
Washing & Separation Unit
Utilizes material and water gravity principles for effective washing and separation. Features water-saving stainless steel chain and air opening valve.
Squeezing & Aggregating Unit
Large internal screw mechanism compresses material while filtering out water. Friction-generated heat creates semi-melting state, producing rigid scrap output with moisture content controlled between 3-5%.
