Product Description
The BRICTEC Roll Crusher is a high-performance raw material preparation machine designed for crushing and homogenizing ceramic, building materials, refractory materials industry and others. Engineered for durability, efficiency, and low maintenance, our roll crusher ensures optimal particle size reduction, enhancing the quality and consistency of your brick production process. It has following features:
-Two rollers differential operation.
-Roller gap allowance is up to 2.0mm.
-The extrusion force can be adjusted within the pressure limit range, subjecting to the material condition.
-The solid steel structure ensures the safe and stable operation of the equipment to the greatest extent.
-The roller are fixed on the bearing of a customized center calibration device, ensuring the center adjustment of the equipment.
-One shaft has two supporting frames, which is flexible to be adjusted and fixed based on gap range, the other is adjusted by two hydraulic pistons and is equipped with an accumulator.
-By using fixed internal support, the parallelism of the roller gap and the roller can be strictly guaranteed.
-Equipped with a scrapper and adopts hydraulic control, easy to remove or replace the roller
-Has sturdy and heavy base support
-Lathe installed on the frame for periodically treatment of the roller.
