The tunnel dryer is a kind of counter-current continuous drying chamber, When the drying cart carries the green bricks into the chamber, heat exchange happens with drying medium coming from chamber exit. The green bricks are heated and dehydrated by continuously heats of drying medium, and pushed into the chamber to complete drying process after reaching the drying index. Due to the counter-current continuous drying method, the temperature and humidity of the green bricks, drying medium and the chamber masonry change little. The heat transfer of the whole drying process is stable, and the energy consumption is low.
