Product description
SMC-3200 cement concrete slipform paver is a slipform construction equipment independently developed by our company for small and medium-sized concrete structures. Compared with the traditional prefabrication process and fixed mold cast-in-place process, the sliding form process using this type of machine has the advantages of fast construction speed, high efficiency and good quality.
The machine has strong engine power, full electronic control, full hydraulic drive, two crawler drives, and is equipped with an automatic steering and leveling control system. It can complete the vibration compaction, paving, forming and other processes of cement concrete structures at one time.
According to different construction conditions, the walking mode of SMC-3200 cement concrete slipform paver can be divided into two modes: two crawler drive and four-wheel driven walking or single crawler drive and four-wheel driven walking. If the conditions of the roadbed on both sides permit, two crawlers can be installed on the front side of the paver to walk on the roadbed; Side embankment walking.
SMC-3200 cement concrete slipform paving meets container transportation conditions. When transporting, change the two crawler belts on the front side of the paver to single crawler belt, and move the installation position of the rear column inward.
