JAPI is a leading manufacturer of 2-component cartridges and static mixers. Our products feature filling options from both the back and the front, utilizing self-venting pistons or valve pistons to ensure reliable performance. The separate, parallel outlet openings allow for air-free filling from the front. Additionally, the adhesive cartridges come with a pre-assembled cap for easy opening and secure reclosure.
We produce the highest quality cartridges and pistons in the industry. Cartridges and pistons are produced in our own injection moulding factory, where they are subjected to stringent quality control inspections throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Pistons
A piston is inserted into the cartridge after it has been filled with fluid to ensure uniform dispensing. It helps prevent dripping and eliminates waste by wiping the barrel walls clean as the fluid is dispensed. Our pistons are molded from high-density polyethylene for optimal performance and durability.
End Caps and Tip Caps
- End caps and tip caps provide an airtight seal that allows you to prefill cartridges or seal partially used cartridges between shifts.
- Tip caps feature a large knurled gripping surface that simplifies attachment, and a vent that prevents air from being introduced into the cartridges during installation.
- End caps feature a precision fit and use a convenient push-button to produce a snug, air-tight seal.
