JAPI is a leading manufacturer of two-component cartridges and static mixers. Our products feature filling options from both the back and front, utilizing self-venting pistons or valve pistons to ensure reliable performance. The separate, parallel outlet openings allow for air-free filling from the front. Additionally, the adhesive cartridges come with a pre-assembled cap for easy opening and secure reclosure.
We produce the highest quality cartridges and pistons in the industry. Cartridges and pistons are manufactured in our own injection molding factory, where they undergo stringent quality control inspections throughout the entire production process.

Piston Design
Our pistons are inserted into cartridges after filling to ensure uniform dispensing. Molded from high-density polyethylene, they prevent dripping and eliminate waste by wiping barrel walls clean during fluid dispensing.
End Caps & Tip Caps
- Airtight Sealing: Allows prefilling of cartridges or sealing partially used cartridges between shifts
- Tip Caps: Feature large knurled gripping surface for easy attachment and vent to prevent air introduction during installation
- End Caps: Provide precision fit with convenient push-button mechanism for snug, airtight seal
