Static mixers utilize advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for two-component adhesives (A and B glue). The internal spiral rod contains alternating left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing. As fluid flows through, it undergoes continuous division and recombination - splitting from two to four to eight streams - through gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force action. This automated process eliminates manual mixing difficulties and quality issues, requiring no external power while achieving optimal mixing through lamination and cutting effects. Applications include electronics manufacturing, construction, automotive production, and decorative industries for epoxy resins, silicone, PU, UV materials, and various fillers.
