Operating Principle
The static mixer/mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for mixing various fluids, primarily designed for complete mixing of A and B components in two-component adhesives. The internal spiral rod consists of alternating left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing. As fluid passes through, it undergoes continuous cutting and reorganization through division (2→4→8) under gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
This technology eliminates difficulties and quality issues associated with manual operations, transforming materials into uniform mixtures through lamination phenomena. Applications include electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, construction, automotive manufacturing, and gift decoration industries for mixing various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy resin, PU, and UV materials.
