Product Operating Principle
The static mixer/mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for mixing various fluids, primarily designed for complete mixing of A and B components in two-component adhesives. The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly and assembled within the casing. As fluid passes through the mixer, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through cutting and lamination processes, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
This innovative design eliminates difficulties and quality issues associated with manual operations. The system relies solely on fluid flow to create continuous cutting and overlapping layers, transforming two materials into a homogeneous mixture. Widely used in electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, construction, automotive manufacturing, and gift decoration industries for mixing various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy resin, PU, and UV materials.
