Operating Principle
The static mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for complete blending of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly in sequence within the casing. As fluid passes through, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through cutting and lamination phenomena, achieving optimal mixing without external power requirements.
This technology eliminates manual operation difficulties and quality issues, making it ideal for electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, automotive production, and decorative applications. Compatible with various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy, PU, and UV materials.
