Operating Principle
Static mixing tubes utilize advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for complete blending of two-component adhesives (A and B components). The internal spiral rod contains a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing. As fluid passes through, it undergoes continuous division and recombination - splitting from one to two, two to four, and four to eight streams - achieving uniform automatic mixing through gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force effects.
This technology eliminates difficulties and quality issues associated with manual mixing operations. No external power is required - the fluid's own motion through the mixer creates continuous cutting and lamination, transforming two materials into a homogeneous mixture. This product serves electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, automotive production, and decorative industries, widely used for mixing various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy, PU, and UV materials.
