The static mixer/mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for mixing various fluids, primarily designed for complete mixing of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly in sequence within the casing. As fluid passes through the mixer, it undergoes continuous cutting and reorganization through division (two into four, four into eight) under gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force, achieving automatic uniform mixing. This eliminates difficulties and quality issues associated with manual operations, requiring no external power source. Widely used in electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, construction, automotive manufacturing, and gift decoration industries for mixing various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy resin, PU, and UV materials.
