Product Operating Principle
Static mixing tubes utilize advanced technology for fluid mixing applications, primarily designed for complete blending of two-component adhesives (A and B components). The internal spiral rod consists of alternating left and right helical blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing. As fluid flows through the mixer, gravitational, centrifugal, and shear forces create continuous cutting and recombination processes - dividing fluid from two to four, four to eight, and beyond - achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
This technology eliminates manual mixing challenges and quality inconsistencies while delivering optimal results through lamination and overlap phenomena. Applications span electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, construction, automotive production, and decorative industries for various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy, PU, and UV materials.
