Operating Principle
Static mixing tubes utilize advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for two-component adhesive systems (A and B components). The internal spiral assembly consists of alternating left and right helical blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing. As fluids pass through, gravitational, centrifugal, and shear forces create continuous division and recombination - splitting from two to four, four to eight, and beyond - achieving automatic, uniform mixing without external power requirements.
This technology eliminates manual mixing inconsistencies and quality issues, transforming materials through laminar flow phenomena into perfectly blended compounds. Applications span electronics manufacturing, construction, automotive production, and decorative industries for various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resins, silicone epoxies, PU, and UV materials.
