Operating Principle
The static mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for complete mixing of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly in sequence within the casing. As fluid passes through the mixer, it undergoes continuous cutting and recombination through division (two into four, four into eight) under gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
This technology eliminates difficulties and quality issues associated with manual operations. The system relies solely on fluid movement through the mixer, creating lamination phenomena that transform two materials into uniform mixing waves for optimal results. Applications include electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, construction, automotive manufacturing, and gift decoration industries for various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy resin, PU, and UV materials.
