MK06-F24L Epoxy Static Mixer

Operating Principle
Static mixers utilize advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily for two-component adhesives (A and B components). The internal spiral rod contains alternating left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing. As fluid flows through, it undergoes continuous division and recombination—splitting from one to two, two to four, and four to eight streams—achieving uniform mixing through gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force. This eliminates manual mixing inconsistencies and operates without external power, relying solely on fluid flow for optimal mixing results.
