The static mixer/mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for mixing various fluids, primarily designed for complete mixing of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly and assembled within the casing. As fluid passes through the mixer, it undergoes continuous cutting and recombination through division processes (two into four, four into eight) under gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force effects. This automatic mixing process eliminates difficulties and quality issues associated with manual operations, requiring no external power source. The system achieves optimal mixing results through lamination phenomena, transforming materials into uniform mixtures suitable for electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, construction, automotive manufacturing, and gift decoration industries. Compatible with various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy resin, PU, and UV materials.
