Operating Principle
Static mixing tubes utilize advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for two-component adhesives (A and B glue). The internal spiral rod contains alternating left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing. As fluid flows through, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through gravity, centrifugal force, and shear forces, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
This technology eliminates manual mixing difficulties and quality inconsistencies, transforming materials through continuous lamination and cutting processes. Applications include electronics manufacturing, construction, automotive production, and decorative industries for various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy, PU, and UV materials.
