The static mixer tube is an advanced technology product designed for mixing various fluids, primarily used for complete mixing of A and B components in two-component adhesives. The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly and assembled within the casing. As fluid passes through the mixer, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through the spiral blades under gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force, achieving uniform automatic mixing. This eliminates difficulties and quality issues associated with manual operations, requiring no external power while delivering optimal mixing results through lamination phenomena.
