Product Operating Principle
The static mixer/mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for mixing various fluids, primarily designed for complete mixing of A and B components in two-component adhesives. The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly and sequentially within the casing. As fluid passes through the mixer, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through cutting and overlapping layers, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
This innovative design eliminates difficulties and quality issues associated with manual mixing operations. The system operates solely using fluid pressure, transforming two materials into a homogeneous mixture through laminar flow principles. Applications span electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, construction, automotive manufacturing, and gift decoration industries, supporting various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy resin, PU, and UV materials.
