JAPI is a leading manufacturer of 2-component cartridges and static mixers. Our products feature filling options from both the back and front, utilizing self-venting pistons or valve pistons to ensure reliable performance. The separate, parallel outlet openings allow for air-free filling from the front. All cartridges include pre-assembled caps for easy opening and secure reclosure.
We produce the highest quality cartridges and pistons in the industry. All components are manufactured in our own injection molding facility and undergo stringent quality control inspections throughout the entire production process.

Component Details
Pistons: Molded from high-density polyethylene for optimal performance, inserted after filling to ensure uniform dispensing and prevent waste.
End Caps & Tip Caps: Provide airtight seals for prefilled or partially used cartridges. Tip caps feature large knurled gripping surfaces and vents to prevent air introduction. End caps use push-button design for snug, airtight seals.
