JAPI is a leading manufacturer of 2-component cartridges and static mixers. Our products feature filling options from both the back and the front, utilizing self-venting pistons or valve pistons to ensure reliable performance. The separate, parallel outlet openings allow for air-free filling from the front. Additionally, the adhesive cartridges come with a pre-assembled cap for easy opening and secure reclosure.
We produce the highest quality cartridges and pistons in the industry. Cartridges and pistons are produced in our own injection moulding factory, where they are subjected to stringent quality control inspections throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Piston Design
Our pistons are inserted into cartridges after filling to ensure uniform dispensing. Molded from high-density polyethylene, they prevent dripping and eliminate waste by wiping barrel walls clean during dispensing.
End Caps and Tip Caps
- Airtight Sealing: Allows prefilling or sealing partially used cartridges between shifts
- Easy Handling: Large knurled gripping surface simplifies attachment with vent to prevent air introduction
