Operating Principle
Static mixers utilize advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for complete blending of two-component adhesives (A and B components). The internal spiral rod contains a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly in sequence within the casing. As fluid passes through, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through cutting and lamination processes, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
