Product Operating Principle
The static mixer/mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for mixing various fluids, primarily designed for complete mixing of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly in sequence within the casing. As fluid passes through, it undergoes continuous cutting and reorganization through division (two into four, four into eight) under gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
This technology eliminates difficulties and quality issues associated with manual operations, transforming materials into uniform mixing waves for optimal results. Applications include electronics manufacturing, civil engineering and construction, automotive manufacturing, and gift decoration industries for mixing various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy resin, PU, and UV materials.
