Operating Principle
The static mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for complete blending of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly in sequence within the casing. As fluid passes through, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
