Operating Principle
The static mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for complete blending of two-component adhesives (A and B components). The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly in sequence within the casing. As fluid passes through the mixer, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force actions, achieving automatic and uniform mixing without external power requirements.
