Product Operating Principle
The static mixer/mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for mixing various fluids, primarily designed for complete mixing of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of alternating left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing. As fluid passes through, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
This innovative design eliminates manual mixing difficulties and quality inconsistencies. The fluid undergoes continuous cutting and lamination as it passes through the mixer, transforming two materials into a homogeneous mixture with optimal mixing efficiency. Applications span electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, construction, automotive manufacturing, and gift decoration industries, suitable for various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy resin, PU, and UV materials.
