Operating Principle
Static mixing tubes utilize advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for two-component adhesive systems (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod contains alternating left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing. As fluid flows through, gravitational, centrifugal, and shear forces continuously divide and recombine the material through cutting and lamination processes, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
This technology eliminates manual mixing challenges and quality inconsistencies. Applications span electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, automotive production, and decorative industries, supporting various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy, PU, and UV materials.
