Product Operating Principle
The static mixer/mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for mixing various fluids, primarily designed for complete mixing of A and B components in two-component adhesives. The internal spiral rod consists of alternating left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly within the casing. As fluid passes through, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through cutting and lamination processes, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
This technology eliminates difficulties and quality issues associated with manual operations, delivering optimal mixing results for applications in electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, construction, automotive manufacturing, and gift decoration industries.
