Operating Principle
The static mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for fluid mixing, primarily designed for two-component adhesive systems (A glue and B glue). Internal spiral elements composed of alternating left and right blades create continuous cutting and recombination as fluid passes through. This process divides material from two to four to eight streams, achieving uniform mixing through gravity, centrifugal force, and shear forces without external power requirements.
This automated mixing process eliminates manual operation challenges and quality inconsistencies. Applications span electronics manufacturing, construction, automotive production, and decorative industries for various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy, PU, and UV materials.
