Product Operating Principle
The static mixer/mixing tube is an advanced technology product designed for mixing various fluids, primarily used for complete mixing of A and B components in two-component adhesives. The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly and sequentially within the casing. As fluid flows through the mixer, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through gravity, centrifugal force, and shear forces, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
This innovative design eliminates difficulties and quality issues associated with manual mixing operations. The static mixer is widely used across electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, construction, automotive manufacturing, and gift decoration industries for mixing various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy resin, PU, and UV materials.
