Product Operating Principle
The static mixer/mixing tube is an advanced technology product designed for mixing various fluids, primarily used for complete mixing of A and B components in two-component adhesives. The spiral rod within the mixing tube consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly and sequentially within the casing. As fluid passes through the mixer, it undergoes continuous division and recombination through the spiral blades under gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force, achieving uniform automatic mixing without external power requirements.
This innovative design eliminates difficulties and quality issues associated with manual mixing operations. The fluid undergoes continuous cutting and overlapping as it passes through the mixer, creating a lamination phenomenon that transforms two materials into a uniform mixing wave for optimal mixing results. Applications include electronics manufacturing, civil engineering and construction, automotive manufacturing, and gift decoration industries, widely used for mixing various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy resin, PU, and UV materials.
