The static mixer/mixing tube utilizes advanced technology for mixing various fluids, primarily designed for complete mixing of two-component adhesives (A glue and B glue). The internal spiral rod consists of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged perpendicularly and sequentially within the casing. As fluid flows through the mixer, it undergoes continuous division from two to four to eight streams through the action of gravity, centrifugal force, and shear forces. This process ensures automatic, uniform mixing by continuously cutting and recombining the fluids, eliminating manual operation difficulties and quality issues. The system operates without external power, relying solely on fluid flow to achieve optimal mixing through lamination phenomena. Widely used in electronics manufacturing, civil engineering, automotive production, and decorative industries for mixing various two-component adhesives and fillers including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy, PU, and UV materials.
